a. Interface between actuator and valve: 4 or 8 bolt orifices according to DIN/ISO 5211, the axle assembles orifice according to DIN 3337 b. Interface between actuator and control valve: 7100 D/S-7350 D/S according to NAMUR or VDI/VDE 3845, 7040 D/S-7090 D/S connecting via the adapter plate c. Interface between actuator and signal box: according to VDI/VDE 3845
I. Actuator Body
Boy material is aluminium alloy. Internal and external surface are treated with anodic oxidation and polishing. Outer surface is nickle plated so that the anti-corrosion fuction of actuator and minimum friction against pistons can be guaranteed.
II. End Cover
End cover material is die-casting aluminium. End cover is treated with epoxy polyester so as to best guarantee the anti-corrosion performance.
III. Drive Shaft
The drive shaft material is medium carbon steel with fine processing and nickle plating so that the pistons have better quality in anti-corrosion, anti-friction, etc.
Piston material is die-casting aluminium alloy. Maxmium torque can be output when the actuator is actuated with certain pressure.
V. Piston Seal
NBR-70 rubber sealing is applied to ensure the normal and reliable performance of actuator under normal temperature. FPM can be also applied according to clients' requirements.
VI. Travel Adjustment
Plus/Mimus 5 degree travel can be adjusted through the two bolts.
