2. The 2X vacuum pump is allowed to operate for a long time under the condition that the air inlet pressure is less than 10 torr in the range of ambient temperature of 5℃ ~ 40℃. When the relative temperature of the extracted gas is more than 90%, the valve should be opened.
3. The air inlet of the 2X vacuum pump shall be open to the atmosphere for no more than 3 minutes.
4. The 2X vacuum pump is not suitable for removing gases that corrode metals, react with oil, contain dust particles, and contain excessive oxygen, explosive and toxic gases.
1. Check oil level. The oil level should be in the center of the oil standard. The oil level is too low to seal the exhaust valve and affect the vacuum degree. The oil level is too high, which will cause fuel injection at starting. Before operation, take off the triangle belt, turn the motor to correct, and start again to avoid oil injection. When running, oil level slightly increased, is a normal phenomenon. When the amount of oil is insufficient, l vacuum pump oil shall be added from the refueling hole. Oil should be filtered to prevent debris from entering and blocking the oil hole.
2. If the port of the 2X vacuum pump is connected with the solenoid valve, it should act at the same time as the pump.
3. When the 2X vacuum pump starts to start, the start button should be touched for one or two times to make the oil pressure in the pump cavity into the oil tank, and then formally start to run.
4. When the ambient temperature is high, the oil temperature rises high, the viscosity drops, and the saturated steam increases, which will cause the limit vacuum to drop, so ventilation and heat dissipation should be strengthened.
5. To check the extreme vacuum of the pump, a compressed mercury vacuum gauge shall be used. The vacuum gauge shall be connected directly to the pump port and the limit vacuum shall be reached within 30 minutes after operation.
6. Before stopping the 2X vacuum pump, the valve at the suction port should be closed, isolated from the vacuum system, and then the pump should be stopped.
